However, often it is much more involved and requires us to roll up our sleeves and help architect solutions with a variety of integrated technologies,” says Parks.

By leveraging Red Hat’s product portfolio, Flywheel Data assists their clients in adopting and leveraging data in the cloud. For instance, for clients adopting cloud strategies, Flywheel Data guides them on pros and cons to building a private cloud versus leveraging a public cloud. “We help our customers to understand the technological, cultural, financial, and security aspects of cloud adoption,” states Parks.
To meet customers’ demands, Flywheel Data actively manages their partner ecosystem. “Our partners come in all different shapes and sizes, from large data storage manufactures to cyber security firms to small software start-ups. However, each and every one of them provides specific value to our clients,” says Parks. If Flywheel Data’s partner ecosystem lacks the technology one of their customers need, the company has been known to establish the appropriate partnership quickly.

“We have the ability to form on-the-fly-partnerships to ensure our clients are getting what they need, when they need it. If a client needs a product or service that we currently do not offer, we will make sure to go partner with a best of breed provider,” says Parks.
